Kathy and John opened in 2013 only a few months after Brew Donkey started. They were early supporters of Brew Donkey from the very start and are well seasoned at giving hilarious and informative tours. Expect stories and science, blended with beers on the malty side, that are exactly how John likes them. He is very clear he makes beer for his palate and really hopes that you like them too.
