Nicolas started this brewery as a direct result of working in the wine industry. That may seem ridiculous, but when you hear the story on tour at the brewery you’ll understand why. One of two Franco-Ontarian breweries in Prescott-Russell, this brewery primarily makes beers on the malty side, but when they venture into IPAs they are not to be missed!
