Ottawa’s first distillery in modern memory, North of Seven has a massive stockpile of barrels filled with both whisky and rum. Expect to hear stories of how they began and what they have survived. If you are on a tour, ask them to tell you their story about copyright infringement. It is a great tale! With the rum, gin, vodka, moonshine, and whisky, expect to push your palate to new heights, and remember to take small sips.
