This provincial success originally opened as a brewpub with stable and well-produced beers that were easy on the palate. After a few years in that space, they chose to stretch their legs and open the facility on Schneider Rd. that we visit on our tours. It houses more than 24 massive fermentors that are filled with every style of beer, both boundary-pushing and clean-to-style.
