Minimum number of guests to run our tours
On a public tour, Brew Donkey reserves the right to cancel an event due to a small group size. We must have at least 10 people join us for this tour in order to run the event. You will be notified at least 72hrs before the event if it is going to be cancelled for a full refund.
Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers Tour Ticket Refunds
Should you need to cancel your tour reservation for any reason, you must do so at least 72 hrs before the day of your scheduled tour to receive a full refund, less a 15% processing fee up to a maximum of $45 plus taxes. Any reservations cancelled within 72 hrs of your tour will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel an order, please contact Brew Donkey at 613-864-3659, firstname.lastname@example.org, or reply directly to your email order confirmation.
Tour Ticket Transfer
Should you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else please let us know by replying to your email order confirmation with their name or email us directly at email@example.com. Please reference your order number in the Subject Line. Make sure that the person you are transferring the ticket to has signed the waiver and understands the pickup times. Ooh, and make sure they're 19 or older.
Tour Ticket Reschedule
Should your plans change and you would like to switch to another tour we would happily reschedule your tickets for a new date. We need at least 72 hours notice to do so. Again email us the details of the request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or reply directly to your order confirmation. Any difference in the fees will be either refunded or requested. The first rescheduling is no charge, each subsequent change is $30.
Brew Donkey gift cards may be used as payment towards the purchase of any item on brewdonkey.ca and limited merchandise add-ons at checkout. Gift Card orders cannot be cancelled and gift cards are non-refundable. Cardholder must be 19 years of age in order to use the Gift Card. Use of Gift Cards is subject to these terms and conditions governing its use, which may be amended by the Brew Donkey from time to time in its discretion. Lost or stolen Gift Cards or codes will not be replaced.
Gift Cards have no implied warranties and are not a credit or debit card. Brew Donkey makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchases will be deducted from Gift Cards until the value reaches zero. Gift Cards are not reloadable. This card does not expire and no dormancy fees will be charged.
If you are running late and unable to meet your tour guide on time please call us as soon as you can. If we can wait we will, but be we may have to leave without you so as to not keep other guests waiting an unreasonable amount of time. If you miss the pickup you are free to join the tour in progress at the 1st brewery location by cab/bus. This will be at your own expense. The first brewery stop is listed on the page where you booked the ticket.
Brew Donkey does not provide refunds, partial credits, expense reimbursements related to additional travel costs, or provide the opportunity to reschedule your booking due to lateness and/or a missed tour due to lateness. It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the correct pickup location. If you have any questions related to your tour don't hesitate to contact us anytime at email@example.com.
As a participant on a Brew Donkey tour, you agree to the following code of conduct:
- RESPECT - Guests will show respect to the Brew Donkey tour guide, your new and existing friends on tour, all staff at breweries and the customers you meet at the breweries. Discrimination and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- DRINKING - Please enjoy responsibly. Stay healthy so you can enjoy the beer we love so much longer! Remember to Hydrate! We always have water on the tour.
- SMART SERVE - Brew Donkey guides are all Smart Serve certified and Brew Donkey reserves the right to refuse service to customers who violate this code of conduct at any point while on tour, including ejecting violators from a tour prematurely when these rules are not being followed. Ejected violators will be called a taxi to be paid for at their own expense.
- COVID-19 SAFETY - Guests must adhere to the safety protocols laid out by the guides. This includes items like physical distancing from staff and guests, wearing a mask, and hand cleaning & sanitizing. You can find the most up to date list of protocols at the top of our home page. Not adhering to these rules will result in removal from the tour with no refund.
All patrons need to complete and agree to our waiver to be allowed to attend. If you are purchasing your tickets for numerous people make sure to send them the link.
Photos and Videos
Our tours are experiences worth sharing! When attending one of our tours, you grant Brew Donkey the right to use any photos or videos collected of you for promotional, social media or commercial purposes. We make all necessary efforts to portray you and your love of beer in a respectful manner and ask that you do so too if taking photos of other guests. You also understand and agree to grant Brew Donkey license to use these images or videos of your likeness royalty-free.
Brew Donkey is not associated or affiliated with any beer or liquor manufacturer and is under no obligation to any specific manufacturer to make its location available for a tour. If you are opening a brewery though please get in touch with us. We will happily discuss 'cause you rock!
