Matt the owner is a passionate beer maker and a devoted disciple of the craft industry.  A tour with him will leave you contemplating each beer you drink and the industry that has changed so much over the years. IPAs make a great showing at this brewery, as well as a constant collection that features stouts, Belgian inspired, and Brett fermented beers. The long taproom space brings to mind beer halls of a past time, and the communal seating forces you to say hello to your neighbour. They are a regularly visited location, featured on the City Beers tour.
