This is the story of two guys who met over a decade ago, each working independently in the brewing industry. They crossed paths and got along quite well, but had absolutely no shared goals. Developing a project together was far from their minds, until the stars aligned, bringing them together, allowing them to chat, and ultimately, to develop a brewing project together. This project would combine their respective strengths to create something truly special.

Brasseurs des Collines was founded in the spring of 2022 and brewed its first beer in December of that same year. Since then, the team has been constantly looking ahead, putting in the necessary effort to realize their new dream of establishing themselves in the MRC des Collines, a region that attracts people with its beauty, the warmth of its communities, and its rich, little-known history.
